WHAT IS THE RENTAL FEE FOR Chophouse Reserve?
The venue fee is based on the type of event you are having. Once an inquiry is filled out, our Event Coordinator will reach out to you and go over the venue fee.
Does the venue fee count towards your bill?
No, it does not. The venue fee is the flat fee to reserve the space. With the venue fee there is no minimum of how much you need to spend.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you give us a 14-day cancellation notice. Please note that you have up to 45 days prior to your event to receive your venue fee back. If you cancel and your venue fee is no longer refundable, we will work with you to reschedule for another time.
WHAT ARE THE MENU OPTIONS FOR Chophouse Reserve?
When reserving the Chophouse Event Center, you can have access to our full menu and options from an off the menu list. You can have your event set up as a plated dinner or a buffet style dinner.
Is there a bar in Chophouse Reserve?
We currently have a mobile bar that provides a selection of bottled beers, seltzers, wines, and mixed cocktails.
Are we able to decorate the space?
We have no problem with decorations if its authorized decorations. We ask for no confetti, popcorn, or any other items that would require an extensive amount of cleaning. If there were decorations that required extensive cleaning, we would charge an additional $200 cleaning fee.

The goal of the Chef’s Table is for it to be personalized to you and your guests. We would work with you to find out what kind of food you would like and the flavor profile you are looking for to customize a multi-course meal.
How much does it cost to rent out the Chef’s Table?
The Chef’s Table price is based on the food items chosen and how many courses chosen for the table. Everything is completely customizable so there is not a set price.
Is there a deposit to rent the Chef’s Table?
Yes, we ask for a $200 deposit to reserve the table.
